​SBI Mutual Fund adds Bharti Hexacom in April, exits Inox India – In Focus​

​India’s largest fund house – SBI MF – managed assets worth Rs 9.73 lakh crore as of April 2024. The fund house oversees 116 mutual fund schemes. Here is what it bought and sold in April, according to data released by Prime Database.

Increased holdings​
The fund house increased its holdings in around 400 stocks which includes Kotak Mahindra Bank, RIL, Jindal Steel & Power, TCS, Voltas, Vodafone Idea, HUL, Maruti Suzuki, ITC, Tech Mahindra, SAIL, Tata Motors, Adani Ports & SEZ, and Nestle.

​The fund house decreased its holdings in 119 stocks which includes Infosys, Cipla, Bajaj Auto, L&T, Axis Bank, Wipro, DLF, Bajaj Finance, Ambuja Cements, PVR Inox, REC, ICICI Bank, CAMS, Eicher Motors, Dabur, and Bharti Airtel.

The fund house added three stocks in April which were Bharti Hexacom, Arvind, and Shipping Corporation of India Land & Assets.​

The fund house made a complete exit from two stocks which were Fusion Micro Finance and Inox India.

​The fund house had six unique stocks which were Ashiana Housing, Gayatri Bioorganics, GKW, Manpasand Beverages, Rajratan Global Wire, and Shipping Corporation of India Land & Asses.
